Taiji Mother Form

Dunbar Memorial Hall, Auldearn

The Mother Form of Hidden Immortal Lineage is composed of eight movements, related to the eight trigrams. These are precisely choreographed to create a relaxed mind-body dance that stretches and strengthens the entire body, bringing the practitioner into physical, mental and spiritual awareness and connection with the microcosm (human being) and macrocosm (universe).
From these 8 core or ‘mother’ movements, the entire 75 movement complete TaiJi form unfolds. This is a rare and esoteric TaiJi form that is not widely known and for which Master Wu is a lineage holder.

Day one - learn the 8 foundational movements

Day two - practice and refine

You may attend for one day to learn the basics or over two days (recommended) to support integration and deepening.
