Acupuncture, bodywork and healing
Acupuncture, bodywork and healing to stimulate your natural capacity to restore and remember wholeness, purpose and peace in your body, mind and spirit. These treatments combine the best of classical traditions - Chinese, Tibetan as well as shamanic approaches and deep spiritual attunement.
I will tune in with you and assess your needs. We may choose to clear and clean out old energy, or ground and stabilise or open new pathways of connection through your meridians, chakras and energy bodies.
I work with many tools including needles, hands, breath, sound, song, oils, stones, feather and chakapa (leaf rattle) to tune the energy. All is offered from my heart from a place of deep listening.

Soul alignment and restoration
These sessions are focussed on helping you to connect with and fully embody your soul frequency and purpose at this important time as the Earth is shifting and inviting us to come fully online.
I will hold a clear mirror for you to be able to recognise and stabilize your soul energy in an embodied way. We will identify how you can maintain it and provide clarity as to how it may wish to unfold in your life and service.
Our sessions will likely include:
A reading of your original soul tones and purpose in this lifetime, for example: Flame Tone - The Igniter,Mountain Tone - The Pillar, Star Tone - The Vision Holder; there are 12 Archetypal Soul Tones and you will be a combination of these. Some will be strong and active, some repressed or blocked, others waiting to be activated.
Interpretive healing/reading of symptoms and life challenges as spiritual messages/hidden gifts from your soul/oversoul and how to navigate through them.
Clearing of distortions in your energy system and soul/ancestral lines.
You will experience deep and lasting change beyond symptom based healing.
This will restore resonance with your original Divine Template and purpose for this life, bringing you more fully online.
Methods -
Breath, toning, song, mantra, frequency hands, acupuncture, crystal, sacred oils and breath axis alignment.
Outcome -
Stillness, clarity, remembrance, restoration. Feeling grounded in your true essence and purpose.
Initiation into new cycle/timeline and sense of flow.
Practice guidance -
3 specific daily practices will be offered, which may include: herbal, crystal allies and meditation, mantra and movement practices.
Offered over two sessions, an initial 45 minute appointment, following which you will be sent a 'Soul Reading Scroll', which will include the practice guidance to be followed.
A second session will be scheduled (30 mins) within 3 weeks for full integration (to be booked separately by email).

Sometimes we need an ally, a guide, a mirror, a deep listener, a supporter and someone to challenge us to become the best of ourselves. Having been on the spiritual and healing path for more than 30 years in this life, I have been blessed to work with many wonderful guides, teachers and allies from many traditions and backgrounds.
During certain periods I have benefited immensely from wise counsel and it is with this in mind that I offer these sessions to support others in their journey. I offer:
A clear mirror and space of deep listening
Guidance on your spiritual journey
I specialise in working with healers and therapists.
We will select a plant, crystal, acupoint or Wisdom Doctor ally as a key/doorway opener for your path and to help you develop ongoing energetic resources and alliances for your unfolding spiritual and healing journey.
Examples:
Plant: Yarrow - Seals aura gaps, stops energetic bleeding, weaves back soul strands
Crystal: Labradorite - “Veil Lifter” — Enhances intuition and protection for those walking between worlds. Supports transformation and spiritual sight.
Acupoint: REN 17 – Chest Centre“Sea of the Heart” — Opens breath and heart. Supports emotional release and anchors the Hollow Axis within the body.
Wisdom Doctor - Imhotep (Ancient Egypt) Brings clarity, sacred structure, and purpose to your healing path. Guardian of the Root–Crown axis.
Sessions are 45 mins - 1 hour each, held on Zoom and will be recorded. At the first session we will arrange the following ones.

I offer a limited number of short one-to-one phone consultations each week for those seeking clarity, direction, and grounded support.
Drawing on over three decades of experience in acupuncture, Chinese medicine, Qigong and integrative healing practice, I bring a calm and attentive presence to your question. Whether you are navigating a health concern, emotional challenge, life transition, or simply feeling uncertain about your next step, this focused 15-minute conversation is designed to offer perspective and practical guidance.
This is not a full treatment session, but a concise space to:
Clarify a current issue
Receive initial advice or orientation
Explore possible next steps
Decide whether further treatment or one of my other offerings would be more suitable for you
If you are looking for steady, experienced insight without committing to a full session, this is a simple and accessible starting point.

1:1 Qigong sessions
I offer 1:1 Qigong sessions during which I will read your energy and refine your practice tailored to your needs.
I have trained with many respected teachers of classical Qigong systems from a wide range of transmission streams, however at this time, I am offering 'Source River Qigong', which is a new stream for these times and which arises from the 'Hollow Axis' the central channel that is natural timeless awareness pervading all creation.
Establishing the Hollow Axis is the foundation upon which all of the subsequent movement forms and breathing practices emerge. This is a complete system incorporating 5 element forms, animal forms (such as Deer, Dragon, Dove, Whale, and many more), internal alchemy (Hollow Axis of Albion) and features practices designed to be practiced in nature and especially in sacred energetic nodes of the Earth.

Shamanic cleanse/healing
My ceremonial work is born from a deep, lived relationship with the earth, the stars, and the ancient currents that move between them. Over the years, I have trained in multiple healing traditions, yet it is direct guidance from Source, the land and the ancestors that most deeply shapes my approach.
I hold space for those crossing thresholds whether that is in the day to day of life through challenges, moments of grief, rebirth, transition, or soul remembrance - through ceremony, prayer, elemental ritual, plant allies, and energetic healing. Each offering is attuned to the individual, woven with presence and reverence for the unseen.
